I was thinking about that phrase yesterday and realized when it pertains to a 3 and 1-year-old, it is not a good thing. I am now programmed to check on my kids when I am just out of eye-shot and I can't hear them for more than 30 seconds. It usually means they are up to no good and have gone into super-stealth-ninja mode. Tommy is probably eating a piece of lint he pulled off the rug, or Patrick is likely sticking the 25 Post-it tabs he got got a hold of all over the furniture. It is rarely ever good.So noise, my friends, is a welcome sound in these parts.
