Sorry for the lack of updates, but Tom and I are overrun with boxes and going away festivities. Thursday night we had our first "evening date" and attended the Madison County Foundation's Annual Gala. Our neighbor Angela was kind enough to babysit for us and it was great being able to enjoy my husband's company without having to stop for a diaper change.
We had our fun, but now down to the business of moving. Boxes are everywhere, but we made real progress Saturday despite the best attempts by our little insomniac to hinder our packing. The moving process is something that we are generally very excited about, but also it is bittersweet- we never expected to make so many great friends here in Mississippi in such a short time.
